How much does a private office cost?
Our pricing model is reflective of a few factors such as the size of office, location and quality of the space. Private office pricing begins from £229 per month but we would suggest speaking to our team of experts or booking a viewing for further details.
Do you offer short-term agreements?
Yes we offer fully flexible solutions which begin from monthly rolling on licensed offices, but we can also rent any empty office by the hour, half-day or full-day through our Day-Office product. Enquire for further details.
How much space do I need?
Every business is unique which is why we suggest getting in touch with one of our experts to discuss your individual requirements.
Is there a limit to how many workstations I can place in an office?
FigFlex Offices prides itself on its generous allocation of square foot per workstation, however these figures are guidance and clients have complete flexibility on how many workstations they wish to place in an office space.
Am I able to brand our office space?
Yes, we encourage our clients to make the office space their own. In fact, our centres are specifically designed to encourage this. Please speak to local centre management and we can even provide recommended contractors or undertake works on your behalf.
Do your offices encourage collaboration with other businesses?
We frequently arrange community events to encourage inter-centre networking. Many of our clients are now suppliers of one another (and we even use some of our clients ourselves!). Each centre is designed to encourage this with business card walls and community notice boards, as well as designated spaces for collaboration.

Are there any hidden costs?
We pride ourselves on our transparency. There is a one-off activation fee which covers everything from office set-up to creating company branded signage to display on your office door. We charge a one-off fully refundable deposit which varies depending of the length of agreement. For further information speak to our experts.
Can I upgrade as my team grows?
Our agreements are designed to be fully flexible, allowing our customers to increase their office space at anytime depending on availability. If your requirement has changed mid-term speak to our team of experts who will be happy to assist.
