How long are your rental contracts?
This depends on your individual business needs but starting with something between six weeks and twelve months is common, with most renewing from there.

How much notice do we need to give to move offices?
If you’d like to move to a bigger or smaller office, we can move you very quickly indeed. We ask for just one week’s notice if you’d like to move into another office with us.
I’d prefer an office that is unfurnished, is this an option?
Yes, absolutely. Our goal is for your office to be tailored to your exact requirements so if you’d prefer to fit out with your own furniture, that is no problem.
What are the coworking space opening hours?
You can access coworking spaces between 8am and 6pm, Monday - Friday.
