FigFlex Gloucester sits within Southgate House, a four-storey building formerly home to the Bank of England and positioned on Southgate Street, one of the four pedestrianised gate streets that lead into the compact city centre.
Within our Gloucester site, you’ll find 30 serviced offices that can accommodate between 1-20+ workspaces and four meeting rooms that can be tailored to your requirements. Double height ceilings give a light and spacious impression and enjoy views of the surrounding area, which include the historic Gloucester Docks.

Southgate House is a 15-minute walk from Gloucester Railway Station, which offers direct services to Cardiff Central, Birmingham New Street and London Paddington. We have a handful of parking spaces available, as well as discount agreements with local car parks; all are chargeable monthly, just ask our centre manager for details. Lockable bike racks are also available at the centre.

I’d prefer an office that is unfurnished, is this an option?
Yes, absolutely. Our goal is for your office to be tailored to your exact requirements so if you’d prefer to fit out with your own furniture, that is no problem.
How long does it take to set up a virtual office?
Your virtual office can be set up within a couple of weeks from your initial discussion with our Centre Managers. We aim to have you up and running as soon as possible, pending the required paperwork and background checks.
Are there any additional costs?
There will never be any hidden costs for you to find out about at a later date. Our Centre Managers will find out everything they need to know about the service you need before you get started and build a tailored package that's right for you.
Do you offer a coworking membership across your office locations?
Not yet, but there are plans to introduce a multi-site coworking membership as we add more locations. Check our Where We Are section for news of new FigFlex sites.
How do the telephone answering services work?
Once set up, your business-related calls will be directed through your chosen Fig Flex location. From there, a member of our team will answer the phone, in a professional manner, with a tailored response chosen by you. We can take messages for you or forward to a direct line depending on your instructions. We also offer a voicemail service to ensure no messages are missed.
How does the postal service work?
When using a virtual office address, FigFlex will take in and sign for any post that arrives for your business. We will then forward them on to your nominated address.
