The Building Cost Information Service (BCIS), the UK’s leading valuation platform for construction, has launched new premises at FigFlex Coventry, becoming the latest business to facilitate expansion plans in our flexible office space. 

After leasing a meeting room in our serviced offices, BCIS has taken up occupancy at FigFlex Coventry to house its newly established sales and development teams. 

FigFlex Coventry, based at Friars House, offers eleven floors of flexible working space, from private meeting rooms to coworking areas and individual workstations. Tenants at FigFlex Coventry benefit from a bespoke service tailored to specific requirements, with the option to alter if necessary. 

Launched in 2020, our serviced office concept is specifically designed for a new era of working, providing short-term lease arrangements, collaborative spaces and unrivalled customer service. Eight FigFlex centres can be found across the country, from London to Hull, supporting businesses in their journey to success. 

Formerly the commercial arm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), BCIS became an independent company in 2022. With established offices in Harrogate and London, BCIS is expanding with new premises in the Midlands to better serve the national construction data market.
