Grab a desk and dodge the same old routine!

The popular, ultra-flexible workplace solution allows you the freedom to sit where you fancy each day. There’s no seating arrangement to follow so work desks will only be available on an ad-hoc basis, giving you the freedom to pick and choose as you please. Refresh your workforce in a collaborative space designed to keep you motivated, connected, and inspired.

Rock up to your FigFlex centre, choose an unoccupied desk with internet access and get your business done within an ambitious business community. You can even boost your caffeine intake while you’re there with our complimentary tea and coffee! Pay per day or per week to use the space as and when you need it, with no deposit or contract. It’s that easy!

Hot Desking FAQs

Why is it called Hot Desking?

The term "hot desking" is thought to derive from the naval practice of 'hot racking', where sailors on different shifts would share the same bunks.

Do you need a membership to Hot Desk?

Yes, you will need to become a member to access our popular Hot Desking option.

What's the difference between Hot Desking and Coworking?

Essentially, it comes down to just how flexible you wish to be: hot desking is the ultimate adaptable, casual working option where there is no allocated desk or deposit needed. Co working is where you'll get a dedicated desk, your mail handled and your telephone line included in your package.

Can you Hot Desk from any FigFlex location?

Yes, all of our locations offer Hot Desking options so drop us an enquiry today and we'll get you started.
