We are planning a further expansion following 12 months of huge growth across our UK portfolio. Three sites will be expanded to meet growing demand, increasing the total floorplate of our business by more than 30%.

In the last 12 months, we have experienced rapid revenue growth as demand for our services continues to rise. Since August 2022, turnover has increased 600%.

We are now adding almost 600 desk spaces across our centres in Peterborough, Coventry and Southampton including 20 coworking desks and a multitude of meeting rooms.

This expansion increases our portfolio to almost 150,000 sq ft of high quality, flexible workspace, including meeting rooms and co-working areas, designed to satisfy all working models and host a wide mix of businesses from established SMEs to multinationals.

The expansion programme will provide:

● 90 new desk spaces at FigFlex Southampton, located at The Bulb - increasing total floor space by 77%.

● 159 new desks plus 20 coworking desks and four meeting rooms at FigFlex Peterborough, located at Lynch Wood Park - increasing total floor space by 90%.

● 300 new desk spaces at FigFlex Coventry, located at Friars House - already fully sold as a managed solution for a single occupier.

We launched FigFlex Offices in 2020 to reinvigorate the serviced office sector in the UK, through vastly improved levels of customer service, flexibility and business support and high quality office, coworking and hot desking facilities. We currently operate sites in Southampton, Coventry, Gloucester, Hull, Swindon, Watford, London and Peterborough.
