Gain a local presence and win more business with a virtual office
For organisations looking to gain a foothold in a new location, a virtual office is an easy-to-trial option.
Our virtual office services provide you with a postal address and phone number that link your business to a premium city centre location, without having to pay the overheads of a physical office. You'll still benefit from the administrative support that you'd expect from a traditional office, with call answering and mail forwarding handled by our experienced team.
Of course, once you’ve cracked the market and are ready to expand into a serviced office, we can help to facilitate a seamless move.
Give your online-only or run-from-home business a professional image boost
Clients will never know that you really operate from deepest suburbia. As well as giving your business an air of professionalism, a virtual office keeps your private residency and phone number out of public view, helping you to set clear boundaries between home and work.
Book a physical workspace when needed
If you’re hosting a client meeting or you’d benefit from a change of scenery for a day or two each week, each of our virtual office locations also offer meeting rooms and coworking spaces, making it easy to book out physical space as and when it’s needed.
Virtual office packages can include:
FigFlex Coventry is located at Friars House, a landmark refurbished office building, in the heart of the UK City of Culture 2021.
FigFlex Hull is based in the city centre with many well-known stores, eateries and a cinema in close proximity.
Our Gloucester location overlooks the Gloucester Docks, where you'll find a variety of waterfront bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
Our Swindon offices are a mere 3-minute walk from the train station, keeping you well-connected with services to Bristol and London Paddington throughout the hour.
We’re continually researching new locations and looking for the best opportunities to grow the FigFlex community. Watch this space for news.
Virtual office FAQs
How long does it take to set up a virtual office?
Your virtual office can be set up within a couple of weeks from your initial discussion with our Centre Managers. We aim to have you up and running as soon as possible, pending the required paperwork and background checks.
How do the telephone answering services work?
Once set up, your business-related calls will be directed through your chosen FigFlex location. From there, a member of our team will answer the phone in a professional manner with a tailored response chosen by you. We can take messages for you or forward to a direct line depending on your instructions. We also offer a voicemail service to ensure no messages are missed.
How does the postal service work?
When using a virtual office address, FigFlex will take in and sign for any post that arrives for your business. We will then forward them on to your nominated address.
Can I use a virtual office as my company’s registered office address?
Yes, you can use a virtual office as a registered company address. This is allowed as standard at no additional cost to your service agreement.
Can I change from a virtual office to a physical office space?
Flexibility is at the core of what we do, so if at any stage you feel ready to switch from a virtual office space to a physical one, we’d be delighted to tailor a space for you and ensure a smooth transition. We also offer to deduct the past 3 months of your virtual office fee if you decide that you would like to take a tailored office space with us (Terms & Conditions apply).
