Meeting room hire includes complimentary use of flipcharts, whiteboards and WiFi, with plenty of tea and coffee to keep you focused. There’s no need to worry about connecting cables, as all rooms are fitted with the latest ClickShare wireless presentation technology, allowing simple display transfer from your laptop to the big screen monitor.
Reap the rewards of regular meeting room hire
We offer a reward scheme for our regular users: One, Two, Free! Book twice and get the third booking for free (T&Cs apply). You can do this over and over again. Meeting rooms are available for external users, as well as our co-working and serviced office members. Rooms can be booked for one hour, half a day or a full day; just let us know how long you’d like the space for.

We can provide a range of catering options, from simple sandwiches and snacks through to hot breakfasts and lunches. Speak to our dedicated team about your food requirements and anything you need for your meeting to run smoothly.

FigFlex Coventry is located at Friars House, a landmark refurbished office building, in the heart of the UK City of Culture 2021.
FigFlex Hull is based in the city centre with many well-known stores, eateries and a cinema in close proximity.
Our Gloucester location overlooks the Gloucester Docks, where you'll find a variety of waterfront bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
Our Swindon offices are a mere 3-minute walk from the train station, keeping you well-connected with services to Bristol and London Paddington throughout the hour.

Meeting Room FAQs
Are there more chairs/tables available if needed?
Yes, we can provide additional seats or tables, as long as the layout adheres to health and safty and fire risk regulations.
Can I arrive early to set up the meeting room?
This does depend on whether the meeting room is booked prior to your booking but, if the space is available, then we are happy for you to arrive early and set up. We ensure there is time for us to clean the room between meetings.
What’s your meeting room hire cancellation policy?
For all meeting rooms, there is no cancellation charge if we receive 14 days’ notice. We do ask for a percentage of the booking fee if cancelled closer to the booking date, this varies depending on room size and date. Download our full meeting room cancellation terms.
Is there a projector or any other audio-visual equipment available for hire? Can I bring my own equipment?
When you book the room, speak to us about your specific equipment requirements and we'll confirm whether this can be provided. If something specific is needed that we do not have, then we are happy for you to bring your own gear. Send us any technical specs beforehand so we can confirm that it will work with our systems.
Can I hire more than one meeting room at once?
Absolutely! If you require more than one meeting room then we advise booking with as much notice as possible to increase the chance of all spaces being available.
Is anyone available to greet my guests? Do I have to register them/sign them in?
Our Centre Managers can meet and greet your guests and direct them to your meeting room. All visitors will need to be signed in, as this is our fire safety policy.
