Flexible office space in central Swindon
FigFlex Swindon is located at 3 Newbridge Square, a newly remodelled office building in the centre of Swindon’s commercial district.
Here you’ll find a suite of five air-conditioned, sound-proofed meeting rooms and a range of serviced offices, which can be tailored to accommodate one to 100 workstations.
The entire building has floor-to-ceiling windows which maximise natural light throughout the day and you’ll find plenty of breakout spaces, ideal for relaxing with a coffee or holding an informal brainstorming session.
Keeping you well connected
Our Swindon offices are a mere three-minute walk from the train station, which runs services to Bristol and London Paddington throughout the hour.
We’re adjacent to the bus terminal building and provide lockable bike racks at the centre so local and environmentally friendly travel couldn’t be easier.
We have a limited amount of parking spaces available nearby and we work with a number of local car parks to offer spaces at a monthly rate, download our parking guide or speak to our centre manager to run through the options.

On your lunchbreak, make the most of the shops, cafes and restaurants in the Brunel Shopping Centre, a two-minute walk away, or stretch your legs in one of the city's many parks and outdoor spaces. After hours, head to Swindon Old Town, where you’ll find cocktail bars, traditional pubs, and a variety of independent restaurants serving global cuisines.

What are the coworking space opening hours?
You can access coworking spaces between 8am and 6pm, Monday - Friday.
What’s the difference between coworking and hot desking?
Hot desking has more traditionally applied to corporate offices, whereby staff who work on a rotational basis share a desk. Hot desking within a coworking space usually means the option to use any desk within that shared space. At the moment, we do not offer hot desking within our coworking spaces. Providing a dedicated desk for each coworking client is the more Covid-safe option and means your desk is set up the way you like it.
How do the telephone answering services work?
Once set up, your business-related calls will be directed through your chosen Fig Flex location. From there, a member of our team will answer the phone, in a professional manner, with a tailored response chosen by you. We can take messages for you or forward to a direct line depending on your instructions. We also offer a voicemail service to ensure no messages are missed.
Do you offer a coworking membership across your office locations?
Not yet, but there are plans to introduce a multi-site coworking membership as we add more locations. Check our Where We Are section for news of new FigFlex sites.
Can I use a virtual office as my company’s registered office address?
Yes, you can use a virtual office as a registered company address. This is allowed as standard at no additional cost to your service agreement.
