The building enjoyed a refurbishment in 2023, with new features including a 1,500 sqft business lounge alongside new lifts and landing areas, and a revamped reception.

There’s plenty of secure cycle storage available and Friars House is easily accessible from the city centre cycle routes. Car parking is available with a limited number of spaces on site and also off site at nearby car parks with a monthly, quarterly or annual pass.
